RATES We are introducing the beautiful, new,  La Lezardière Villa with 10% off our advertised price until April 30. Our Rates prior to your 10% discount: Winter:   Nov. 1st to April 30th 1 Bedroom $2800 US 2 Bedroom $3800 3 Bedroom $4800 Christmas & New Year's:   Dec 15th to Jan 5th (Two week minimum rental required) 1 Bedroom  Xmas $4000 US 2 Bedroom  Xmas $5000 3 Bedroom  Xmas $6000

The price includes maid service two mornings per week. The staff will come and change your towels and bed linen, clean the house and wash the dishes. Should you wish for a daily service this can be arranged at an additional charge.  Please note this is a "No Smoking" villa though, smoking is allowed outdoors near the pool and on the verandas. Upon your arrival on Bequia you will be met at the airport or ferry pier by our courteous driver and taken to La Lezardière where you will be introduced to your holiday home.

HOW TO BOOK
You can contact us either by phone or e-mail to confirm that the dates you wish to rent are available. A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. Note that reservations are not considered confirmed until prepaid in full. Should your booking be less then 60 days prior to your arrival, full payment must be made. Payments can be made via bank transfer and details will be furnished upon contact.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Your initial deposit is refundable, less a 10% administration fee. Notice must be received in writing at least 60 days before your arrival date. If cancellation is made less then 60 days prior to your arrival refunds will be made at our discretion. You may apply any forfeited funds to another La Lezardière booking within the next two years. (less 10% to cover administrative costs.) If we are able to rent La Lezardière for the same dates you had reserved and cancelled, we will return all rental fees (less 10% to cover administrative costs.)

TRAVEL INSURANCE
